I’m Ali, 30 something years old, a registered Style Coach™ based in Cardiff area, South Wales. I qualified in 2014, with Honours.
In recent years I have become a mum of two beautiful young girls. I absolutely adore being a mum and all the joy and challenges it brings!
Naturally, our lifestyles and bodies change over time and since having the girls, I know first hand just how easily you can ‘lose’ yourself when you no longer have the time you once had!
However, I truly believe that every woman deserves to look and feel great in the beautiful skin we’re in!
Being happy, comfortable and confident with the way we look, has a HUGE impact in many aspects of our lives!
Style Coaching™ puts the fire in my belly, I have a burning passion for helping women to reignite their spark.
Seeing that new glow shine from within keeps me driven and motivated.
Everyone can learn to become the very best version of themselves inside and out!

We will collaborate by sharing ideas and suggestions to create your perfect outfit head to toe, which will have you feeling fabulous for your special event!
Do you have a particular item of clothing or a special accessory that you wish to wear? No problem! We can look at ways to style your current items in a way that best reflects the look you want to achieve!
Whether its a date night, wedding, drinks with friends or a picnic in the park! Your occasion matters and I am here to help!
With online sessions, suggested items are to be purchased at your own leisure.
A two hour, one to one shopping trip can be booked locally (Cardiff area, if restrictions allow) for an additional £40 fee which includes travel and parking expenses.
Additional £15 fee per 30 mins after this time.
After having a baby our bodies naturally change, we don't have the time we once had and our usual style may no longer fit in with our current lifestyle! These factors can sometimes leave us feeling a little lost and wondering what happened to the 'old me' Well, FEAR NOT!

I understand time is precious so this virtual package allows you to complete exercises around your routine. With one to one check ins.

Virtual Colour Analysis
Don't underestimate the power of colour! We will discover what gorgeous colour palette works best to enhance all your natural features! Your 'WOW' colours will brighten your skin, make you appear more youthful, boost your mood.. the list goes on! You will be sent a virtual presentation of your analysis which will include examples of different tones against your natural features, colour swatches from your palette and a copy of your colour palette to download and save to your phone, for easy access when shopping!

We will collaborate with one another to identify your body shape, discover your likes and dislikes and discuss the importance of positive body-image. We will discover how we can enhance your body shape and throughout this service you will gain great knowledge in what cuts, fabric and print work well for you. Your new knowledge will make shopping easier and more enjoyable. You will know how to bring proportion to your body shape and gain a huge confidence boost when you see instant results!
